Mr. Menzies presented a Continuing Care Strategy for the future of Nova Scotia's seniors, speaking about Home & Community Programs, Long Term Care, the Caregiver Allowance Program, and Integrating the Roles & Responsibilities of both the Department of Health (DOH) and the various District Health Authorities (DHA) & IWK Hospital, i.e. what is being transferred to the DHAs and what will remain with the DOH
